Gizzi is one of those hugely likeable chameleon chefs. She has run Pure Filth vegan pop-ups at Tate Britain no less, and often appears looking very glamorous and fun at premieres. Mare Street Market is her most ambitious project yet combining deli, florist, coffee shop and a more gastro restaurant to come. It is already the Hackney spot for laid-back weekend brunches.
