Situated in a converted Victorian warehouse/apothecary in Shoreditch, the kitchen counter at Neil Bothwick and Angela Hartnett's Merchant's Tavern is more informal than a chef's table. Either order à la carte or give the chefs carte blanche to come up with a spontaneous bespoke menu using what's best and most seasonal. The menu mixes Italian and Spanish with the best of British.
The counter seats up to 10 and can be booked for exclusive seating.
