The five most hotly anticipated London restaurants right now
Heartthrob chef Ollie Dabbous thinks big, Tom Kerridge and Mark Sergeant step up to London dining scene, Bryn WIllliams arrives at Somerset House, the unstoppable Sethi siblings open their largest restaurant yet
Williams' gorgeous Primrose Hill restaurant Odette's is the home from home for local A list residents: he's even engaged to Texas singer Charleen Spiteri, often found dining there. Trained by Michel Roux and Marco Pierre White, Bryn Williams shot to fame when he won the opportunity to cook for the Queen on BBC TV's Great British Menu.
His new restaurant is vegetable-focused yet not strictly vegetarian with the emphasis on seasonality and keeping it simple with no more than four ingredients to each dish. Look out for the sage beignet and scorched mackerel, rainbow carrots with scallops, and a quintessentially spring dessert of rhubarb and blood orange trifle. All so tempting.
