The London Oyster Festival, 21-29 April 2018
Founded by oyster evangelist Katy Davidson, this festival hopes to inspire more Londoners to be adventurous with trying and enjoying oysters by learning about their history, as well as how to open, taste and eat the bivalves.
The week long festival will be raising funds for The Oyster Academy International: a community interest company dedicated to formalising and promoting oyster culture around the world, while fundraising to support the oyster industry, education programmes, and restoration efforts.
Oyster Passports at £10 each offer discounts to all events, and can be purchased in advance online here.
