Culture Whisper rounds up the best cocktails, dishes and special one-off menus, paying homage to London's jam-packed Summer Art Season. It launches with aplomb at the end of June with Masterpiece London and Mayfair Art Weekend.
Something of a gastro insider's secret, Bonhams Restaurant has a truly exceptional chef Tom Kemble. He quickly gained a Michelin star for the dining room of the esteemed auction house.
Kemble trained with culinary grand master restaurants: world-famous Faviken deep in the Swedish countryside and Hedone in Chiswick.
Expect dishes of great clarity, finesse and formidable technical prowess dressed lightly including roast monkfish with wild asparagus and girolles.
The wine list assembled by Bonhams head of wine is absolutely extraordinary, though there are plenty of interesting wines by the affordable glass too.
The art on the walls changes regularly and showcases forthcoming auctions.
Each Friday, the restaurant is open in the evening too and there are regular wine dinners by some of the most prestigious chateaux globally.
