At Frieze Masters, Giorgio and Plaxy Locatelli operate a pop-up restaurant in the guise of a pop-up. The traditional Italian menu includes a selection of pastas, salads and risottos with a scattering of freshly shaven truffles, all accompanied by Italian wines.
