Grab a group of friends and head down to EC2’s Kitty Hawk, where Britain’s favourite past time is experiencing a mighty, jazzy renaissance.
Just a couple of decades ago, the UK boasted well over a thousand bingo clubs, but numbers have whittled down with the years as ideas of tired, delappidated, smoky bingo halls grew.
Well, expel them, because it’s time to usher in The Bingo Academy, a collective which has converted the basement restaurant of trendy restaurant The Kitty Hawk into a luxury bingo den.
Attendees will eat, drink and bingo the night away whilst learning all about the game and hoping to score one of the eccentric prizes.
Selected Fridays and Saturdays until 15th December. Tickets cost £16 online. Limited Earlybird tickets for each event start at £10.
