Their first two events, The Future of the Post-World Truth and The Self and Selfie delved into the subjectivity of truth, and tech-fuelled narcissism in the modern world. With a reputation for confronting uncomfortable truths head on, the last in the series promises to be a lively one.
Entitled Food, Facts and Fantasy, the evening will explore our relationship with planet Earth and the way in which the food we consume might alter the course of history. Is humanity heading for mass extinction? What, if any, are the alternatives to industrialised farming? Is our dominance over nature a natural product of evolution? And can we reverse the damage already inflicted upon the planet before it is too late?
Expect an expertly curated evening of music and illuminating debate.
