To explore the benefits of self-care and well-being in a digital age, join Culture Whisper for a talk with best-selling author and mental health activist Rachel Kelly at London's Aveda Institute. The evening, hosted by Culture Whisper founder Eleonore Dresch, will explore questions of happiness, mental well-being, and work-life balance in the digital age.
During the course of the evening, Rachel will also speak about her body of work, foods that are good for the soul and her personal experiences of mental illness.
Aveda will be treating attendees to its signature massages for the hands, neck, back and shoulders before the event and guests will leave after the event with an Aveda goodie bag. Plus, attendees will have the opportunity to buy Rachel’s game-changing cook book, The Happiness Diet: Good Mood Food, at a special price of £10.
This one-off event is the perfect way to take a little time out from your hectic day-to-day life and take care of yourself.
