If you're dining in the evening, there's a mesmerising illuminated fountain sculpture which allegedly is a clock too and changes colour as if by magic. The food, mostly sophisticated BBQ treatments is exceptional. Monkfish 'scampi', tandoori sea bream served with a pile of moreish 'bhajee scraps', and, for young vegans, BBQ cauliflower with cashew cream and broad beans
