Theatrical seafood hotspot J Sheekey Atlantic Bar are celebrating their 10th anniversary by inviting some very special out of town chefs to cook one-off feasts.
Next up is Mark Sergeant, whose name will be familiar to many as 'Sarge' when working for Gordon Ramsay Holdings. Presently, besides his seaside restaurant Rocksalt in Folkestone, Sergeant is chef/patron of Plum & Smoke in King's Cross and is involved in setting up a new restaurant at The Tower of London. Guests will be able to talk with Mark about the best ways to cook fish and he will be providing plenty of anecdotes from the kitchen.
