David Chang's Momofuku Ko NYC is one of the most sought after reservations in the Big Apple especially since his Netflix hit series Ugly Delicious. As part of their Guest Series, it's a huge coup that James Knappett of Lyle's has convinced David Chang to part with executive chef Sean Gray and front of house supremo S Wong Ruiz for two days to cook and serve in Shoreditch. A dinner not to be missed. Highlights will include razor clams, pineapple, basil, Xo egg and caviar.
