Quirky new pop-up restaurant: The Little Yellow Door, Notting Hill
This apartment-style Notting Hill pop up restaurant, posing as a flatshare, is one of the new quirky places to eat in London: dining offers guests a unique and intimate experience
Both homely and avant-garde
The five 'flatmates' will be hosting regular dinner and drinks parties amongst the eclectic décor of their cosy home, serving up themed cocktails (the My Name is Earl, featuring Earl Grey-infused gin, sounds enticing) out of all manner of receptacles (eggcups? Teapots?).
Fridays are given over to dinner at the hands of the acclaimed team behind The Wandering Chef, with roving, innovative menus aiming to create an imaginative dining experience both homely and avant-garde. Thursdays and Saturdays are all about house parties, with a mouth-watering selection of bar snacks accompanying the kooky cocktails at their apartment-inspired bar.
Diners are warmly accepted into the fold
On top of it all, you can expect a treehouse-themed snug, a key and a personalised mug for regular visitors, and TLYD claim to be the first London eatery to take bookings via Whatsapp!
