Best running routes in London
London is one of the best cities in the world for runners, so lace up and hit those pavements: here are our top ten running routes to help you find your way.
Regent's Canal
Regent’s Canal is one
of London’s hidden gems. It’s sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city
above and takes a real variety of London neighbourhoods. Our favourite route starts in the charming Little Venice, full of Victorian and Georgian villas
and brightly coloured narrow boats. From there you follow the canal through the
hustle and bustle of Kentish Town and Camden before emerging into the hip new
Kings Cross basin and the Granary Square development. Handily there’s a glut of
refuelling options right on the canal: we’d recommend a spot of brunch at
Caravan if you get there early enough to avoid the queues.
