Things to do in London in December with kids

While your child is probably familiar with Cats of Instagram – whether they're five or 15 – what they don't know so much about is cats in literature. Give them bragging rights (while picking up some facts yourself) with the British Library's latest exhibition, Cats on the Page. It's free, and they're likely to recognise some childhood favourites like Mog and Wilbur (Winnie the Witch's cat). Warning: your child may want to own a kitten after this. It's a risk worth taking.
