ZSL London Zoo is back with its annual festivities this November, with kids' screenings, themed talks and even a chance to meet Santa in his grotto, right in the heart of the animal kingdom (guests can take home a portrait and special gift).
Kids will be able to join in the animal antics as Keepers' Little Helpers, preparing Christmas surprises for the animals to enjoy. There are also talks centred around the theme 12 Animals at Christmas, which feature the Zoo's residents opening their own Christmas gifts.
The Zoo will also be looking festive for the occasion, with Swiss-style chalets and delicious festive food on offer, including hog roast, toasted marshmallows and mulled wine for grown-ups.
Festive films will be screened for free each afternoon at the Zoo, with Christmas faves like Arthur Christmas, The Polar Express and Elf.

The Zoo is also hosting VIP Breakfast on certain dates, where guests will have early-bird access to the zoo and spend some time with Mrs. Claus, before elves take the children off to meet Santa himself. Mrs.Claus will be on hand during school holidays and on weekends for festive crafts and Christmas stories.
Lucky schools groups who visit this December will also get to experience a Living Nativity, with Wise Men and their camels, Mary in the stable and Shepherds attending to their flocks.
Suitable for children of all ages.
