If you’re interested in adding some new pieces to your jewellery collection or are simply on the lookout for some sparkling inspiration, head to Couture London, an event showcasing fine jewellery and contemporary art in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia.
The exhibition will be studded with hidden gems, as luxury brands exhibit pieces not yet available on the UK market. Brands will come from all around the world.
From Spain comes Magerit, a company that creates original pieces of art, while Middle Eastern jewellery house Youra Fine Jewelry specialises in high-end, handmade jewellery made with diamonds.
Well worth seeing are pieces by the Italian brand Nanis Jewels, established by Laura Bicego who deviates from the usual processes of jewellery-making by creating statement pieces by hand and without sketches.
And don't miss Cypriot designer Maria Kotsoni’s sensuous heirlooms, which draw inspiration from nature and ancient civilisations.
Exhibited against the backdrop of contemporary art in Zari Gallery, Couture London is an event for jewellery and art-lovers alike. After admiring the exhibition, visitors will get the chance to hear the stories behind the jewellery pieces from the designers themselves.
There will also be a series of talks and masterclasses, including an introduction to the world of fine jewellery by author, television broadcaster and jewellery expert Joanna Hardy.
With so many visual delights on display, this exhibition is sure to entice the senses and perhaps you'll find a new piece to help you sparkle in the sun.
