Departing from Funicular’s ‘Pedley Street Station’, following some time at the station's 'Seven Sins Bar', passengers will board The Murdér Express as it makes its first historic journey to the fictional town of Murdér in France.
As guests board the plush dining car, they will be joined by characters such as Frank, an East End Costermonger, Tilley, a music hall star, Vera, a widow in search of adventure and Cliff, a local antiques dealer, as they embark on the trip of a lifetime.
The four-course menu, designed by Masterchef 2016 winner Jane Devonshire, is a feast of fresh, inventive flavours. Highlights include an Edamame Bean Bruschetta amuse bouche, Harissa spiced Lamb with a rich olive and tomato sauce and a luscious Apricot and Ginger Polenta Cake topped with ice cream and Brandy Snaps.
