The Vault is hidden down a small staircase. It's a cosy nook which feels like London's most prized secret. Don't let the exterior fool you, underground the buzz is palpable. Couples and colleagues snuggle into the comfy booths. A mix of media types and a couple of suits hints this in-the-know gem is one for all. The atmosphere is relaxed and vibrant, it's somewhere you can catch or quick drink or stay all night. And there's nibbles too, a must-have after a couple of smoky whiskys.
Try The Rising Sun, a magical concotion - Home Spiced Rum, Bergamot, Demerara Sugar, Wasabi, Hop & Grapefruit Bitters - for a sweet treat. If you're after something drier, we'd recommend 'When a Scot punched a Swede' or 'Rye and Dry'.
