As a new London restaurant opening at King's Cross, Maple & Fitz will be a part of the development that houses Dishoom, Granger & Co and the restaurants and bars of Granary Square, like Bruno Loubet's Grain Store.
Open throughout the day, the healthy dishes aim to nourish "from the inside out" and you can sit in or takeaway daily-changing and protein-rich salads, each with a unique purpose: try the immunity boosting Goldie Locks with almonds and tumeric root, or drink a Yonce Lemonade with cayenne, lemon, honey and alkaline water to boost your metabolism.
A weekend brunch menu is new to the King's Cross store, but the menu stays sensibly non-alcoholic. Try a beetroot mojito with raw coconut matcha colada, accompanied by gluten-free rhubarb and pomegranate oat pancakes, or poached eggs with beetroot smoked salmon with cauliflower hotcake and charred kale.
Although the eatery will close by night, a selection of supper clubs will pop-up, check the website below for details.
