Jean-Philippe Blondet, his executive chef in London is exceptionally accomplished, creatively and technically and uses luxurious ingredients with ease and finesse.
The tasting menu showcases some of his favourite current repertoire including Cornish crab with just a little generous garnish of caviar, a decadent saute of lobster and chicken, saddle of venison with parsnip and peanut and citrus vacherin.
