Tom Sellers' tasting menus are the story of his life told through food, with great wit, invention and a few surprises.
The menu begins at Chapter I: Childhood – bread and dripping with lemon and lovage. Next is Chapter II: Sea – Sealobster, apple, lavender, scallops, tomato and caviar. Chapter III: Land boasts of Venison and cauliflower and finally we arrive at Chapter IV: The End – chocolate with honey and brown butter. Besides wine pairing flights, Story offer a full tea flight too.
