Run by Pavilion bakery, the bread is so ridiculously good that many stop by simply for toast. Even better is the open sandwich of Cornish crab, fennel and chilli. The toasted brioche with riocotta and thyme roasted peaches is delectable too.
Sri Lankan brunch is a huge draw, especially hoppers (fermented pancakes) served with dal, coconut sambol (chutney) and coconut kale.
Picnic benches overlook the little lake with plenty of ducks and pedalos bobbing on the water.
