Sushi and sashimi, udon and izikaya: how to do Japan in London
Long before Instagram was flooded by broth pictures and bloggers preached about the health benefits, Ross Shonhan fell in love with ramen and decided to bring it to London. Bone Daddies was born. Passionate about Japan and its delectable dishes, Shonhan took standard dishes and gave them a twist.
Their incredible, mouth-tingling ramen, Korean chicken wings and salmon tartare with wasabi lime ponzu are a very reasonable and wholly comforting treat, especially during the colder months.
This month, Bone Daddies opens a further branch in the Victoria Nova development.
