Every Saturday night from the end of March, Euro Car Parks in Shoreditch will play host to this year’s Urban Food Fest. Brimming with street food and pop up bars, Urban Food Fest promises to be relentless Saturday night entertainment. The festival’s fifteen food trucks and stalls are changed every week, meaning revellers can be confident each evening will be its own unique experience.
The range of gourmet food spans the far corners of the globe: go Austrian and try Spekknöedel and chicken rolls, or if you’re feeling American try the smoked ox cheeks, ribs and pulled pork. With everything from Venezuelan chicken to Korean kimchi ramen burgers to Mexican halloumi tacos, this street food is sure to satisfy any taste.
Each week, one stall will be dedicated to all things vegetarian, vegan, and raw, as part of ‘The V Corner’, offering the likes of Vegan Indian Aloo Tikki Chaat wraps, Squash & Sunflower Seed Salad, and Vegan Sweet Potato Maki Sushi. The sweetest of teeth will also be satisfied by numerous offerings of home-made ice cream, macaroons, cakes and cronuts (a blend of croissant and donut). This
And for those up for some partying, the Fest offers entertainment in the form of urban street bands, DJs, street performers, modern artists and caricaturists, as well as a host of innovative bars to wash it all down, serving craft beers, premium cider, international wines and specialist Urban cocktails.
Open from 5pm til midnight every Saturday, Urban Food Fest is a casual way to start (or finish) your evening, so enjoy the early summer then and head to 162-167 Shoreditch High Street for some international gourmet treats.
