The Mindful Living Show programme features 70 speakers, each an expert in their field, including Founder and President of the Compassionate Mind Foundation Profession Paul Gilbert OBE, creator of myHappymind Laura Earnshaw and pop star-cum-LGBTQ+ activist Will Young – who launched his debut podcast series ‘Homo Sapiens’ last year, featuring weekly interviews with a range of personalities discussing issues relating to the LGBTQ+ community.
Don't miss Madeleine Shaw, and talks including Dr Tamara Russell’s ‘What is Mindfulness?’ – a chance for those new to the practice to learn the basics of the philosophy – and founder of The Sleep Guru Anandi’s talk: ‘Breathe Better, Sleep Better’, promoting healthy sleep practices. It’ll be a chance to be introduced to the art of meditation or further your mindfulness practice, meet others in the community and pick up tips from the experts.
Taking place at the Business Design Centre in Angel on 1 and 2 June, the Mindul Living Show will feature the Experience Zone, hosting a number of interactive and creative workshops, including guided meditation and The Original Mindfulness Colouring Book Workshop. Meanwhile the Zen Market Garden will be inspiring wellness in the kitchen through nutritious goodies and tips for eating mindfully.
