London College of Fashion will present it's first ever menswear MA show tomorrow. Signifying the beginning of the London Collections: Men four day event, bright young designers will show their collections to fashion's finest crowd.
The show will compromise of 12 students, selected by a panel of industry experts, which included Port’s David Hellqvist, founder and buyer of Machine-A Stavros Karelis, Complex’s Daryoush Haj- Najafi and Becc Gray of Bloody Gray.
Professor Frances Corner OBE, Pro-Vice Chancellor of UAL and Head of London College of Fashion said ‘We are delighted to be holding our first stand-alone MA Menswear catwalk show this January ahead of London Collections: Men. The UK menswear sector is incredibly exciting and dynamic and by holding this show we can provide a platform for our talented and innovative graduates who will be the future creative drivers of the industry.’
A live stream of the show will be broadcast on the LCF channel, and will be available to watch here. The live stream presents an exciting opportunity to participate in this London fashion event, and to catch a glimpse of future talent that will inevitably go on to grace catwalks across the globe. Recent alumni include the slick tailors Baartmans & Siegel and the new Lord of leather, Domingo Rodriguez.
