The fitness classes have a cult following in New York and, since opening the first UK studio in Soho, they are fast becoming popular with Londoners (David Beckham is already a regular).
Combining heart-hammering cardio with a yogic mindfulness, SoulCycle encourages you to 'ride through whatever you're facing' on an exercise bike in a candlelit studio. The emphasis is on positivity, as inspiring instructors encourage cyclers to engage mind, body and soul to finish each class feeling strong. Then, the sleek changing rooms, with plenty of luxurious products, ensure you end the SoulCylce experience on a high.
The new SoulCycle Chelsea studio is a 5,000 square foot space set over two floors. Along with 60 exercise bikes there will be a spacious retail area stocking Soul by SoulCycle workout wear. Healthy Chelsea hotspot The Good Life Eatery will serve nutritious post-ride smoothies and snacks. And with partner brands including luxe perfumer Le Labo, cult cool skincare brand Drunk Elephant and British innovators Dyson, you can expect a state of the art changing room experience.
You can pay as you go for £24 per class, or save money by purchasing a package.
SoulCycle is due to open in Chelsea this autumn... and new studios will also be opening in Notting Hill and Marylebone. Click here for updates.
