Pride Month is upon us once more. While the annual parade has been cancelled, and other public events are taking place in the virtual sphere, you can still expect to see fabulously colourful outfits, bold make-up and most importantly, a celebration of diversity and LGBTQ+ rights – if only on Zoom.
Whether you’re taking part in events as a member of the LGBTQ+ community or just want to show your support, here's how to celebrate Pride in London 2020.
PopUp Painting is hosting a special event for the LGBTQ community in honour of Pride Month. Using Banksy’s Balloon Girl for inspiration, the two-hour Zoom class offers step-by-step guidance to help you unleash your creativity. All you need is some basic acrylic paints, a cup of water and a selection of brushes. A themed playlist will be available to download to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
