What to do in Chelsea
Ahead of START – the cutting-edge contemporary London art fair housed in the Saatchi Gallery – we round up the best restaurants, theatre and shopping in the area. Here's what to do in Chelsea this autumn
Aussie chef Bill Granger presides over three of London's best restaurants – they must be some of the most Instagrammed spots in London. And now his successful formula for sophisticated, relaxed, all-day dining has sprung up in Chelsea.
Already established in Clerkenwell, King’s Cross and Notting Hill, Granger & Co eateries combine cutting-edge design with classy, ingredient-led cooking that is adaptive to trends, without labouring over them.
Granger & Co serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the day, though Granger’s heart is set on big breakfasts.
The Chelsea outpost on Pavilion Road, is only a short walk north of Sloane Square, so it would be the perfect spot for a light, or not so light, pre-fair breakfast.
