Our favourite looks from Paris Couture Week
We are such stuff as dreams are made of: flounces, ruffles, sequins, beading, embroidery. In Paris, petits mains hand-sew hundred thousand pound dresses for the annual Couture Week. With strict entrance requirements, the fashion houses who show have serious credentials. Choosing our favourites was impossible.
In 2013, Ralph & Russo became the first British brand in nearly a century to be chosen to show at Couture Week. Four years on and gown after gown flowed down the catwalk. We loved these two takes on wearing full-blown red, shown early on in the show, but not to be forgotten.
