A vast, lush urban garden, Pergola Paddington is back for the winter and this time it is heated with a clear roof for star-gazing. Think low level lighting, snug blankets, dark woods, winter greenery and mulled wines.
The scale is monumental. Set over two floors, there is seating for 850 diners plus seven giant day beds, five Indy street food stations: Patty & Bun, DF/Mexico, Made of Dough, ramen masters Tonkotsu Bar and Little Ghost Bagels. Expect a party atmosphere.
