American writer Neil LaBute is known for sharp, relatable representations of relationships, most recently Reasons to be Happy, which premiered at Hampstead Theatre to middling reviews. Some Girl(s), LaBute's 2005 play, is perhaps his best known. David Schwimmer brought star power to the original cast when it premiered 11 years ago before the play transferred to New York then was adapted for the big screen.
Now, the messy muddle of a love story is revived this summer at North London's Park Theatre with a cast including Elly Condron (Jane Eyre, National Theatre), Carly Stenson (Hollyoaks) and Roxanne Pallett (Emmerdale).
