London Theatre: September highlights

Middle Eastern conflict, the Labour Party's machinations, Tabloid media... Theatre holds up a mirror to politics and current affairs this month. Plus there's a spoof musical of monstrous proportions, a French tragi-comedy and story of a stroke victim's recovery told in stream of consciousness.

Oslo, National Theatre & Harold Pinter Theatre

Oslo, JT Rogers' political thriller about brokering peace between Israel and Palestine, comes to London after superlative reviews in New York. It opens at the National Theatre, before transferring to the West End.
