Eleonore's autumn culture and lifestyle edit
It's that time of the year… the temperature has finally dropped below 17C, the sunny October light is making everyone look their best, coats are out and I am playing jazz music on repeat in my headphones. We had almost forgotten how to enjoy autumn in a carefree way, but now we suddenly find ourselves living our London life as if nothing had ever happened.
It’s been six weeks since we all went 'back to school' and in the time since then, I have been eating out and seeing more art and culture than in the past year and a half. I am beginning to wonder whether I am becoming a London outing addict - and judging by the mood on the streets of Soho every night, with its theatres and restaurants full, I can tell I'm not alone.
Perhaps the challenge, as we're getting high on activities, is to make sure we take the time to enjoy what we book, see and eat. And thankfully we now know how to retract to our indoor life when necessary, binging Squid Game or getting a luxury food delivery from Supper.
So reflecting on what I have seen and enjoyed, here is my edit of the month.
