Furrow into the foliage and peep between spring flowers at Kew Gardens this Easter in a hunt for chocolatey treats.
Throughout the Easter holidays, families will find a programme of events including face painting and storytelling, and best of all, the chocolate trail round the gardens, where children to collect clues and earn their very own chocolate bunny. We recommend booking you fast to ensure your slot over the Easter weekend.
Lindt Gold Bunny Flavour Trail
Chocoholics of all ages can follow an Easter trail around the Gardens to collect clues before heading over to one of the on-site shops or gates to pick up their chocolate treat
Chocolution: Bean to Bar (Book Now)
From 25 March to 10 April children and their parents can participate in 'Chocoluation': bean to bar workshops, where kids discover the story of chocolate from the cacao plants from Bolivia to the sweet chocolate treat we enjoy day-to-day.
Chocolate Cookie Kitchen (Drop-in)
From 19 March to 10 April, Kew is joined by education experts Future Creative for drop-in cookie crafting workshops, using a variety of unexpected flavours from chilli to lavender and rosemary. Children can roll and shape the dough before it's baked by the cookie kitchen staff. And it's not just traditional chocolate chip on the menu: try flavours from other cultures, like the Easter koulourakia biscuits from Greece.
Easter Sunday Ears
On Easter Sunday, (27 March), the garden's first 4,000 visitors will be given a pair of bunny ears to help the hop their way to the hidden treats.
