Christmas is the perfect time to treat your kids to a show, and this year, Tall Stories  offering is just the ticket. After their smash hit stage adaptation of The Gruffalo , the Olivier Award nominated children's theatre company return with My Brother the Robot, a fabulousshow about futuristic family life which you can catch at the Roundhousefrom 10 December – 5 January.
Based on a story by Toby Mitchell, who co-foundedTall Stories alongside Olivia Jacobs, this production transports audiences to adistant future, where a little girl called Bobbie and her inventor father livea happy technology-filled existence. That is, until Bobbie announces that she is lonely and wants somebody to play with. Not wanting to disappoint his daughter, Bobbie's father builds her a Christmas present like no other – a robot brother! At first Bobbie is delighted, and teaches him all about the world. But she soon discovers that life's not that simple when you're little brother's an android...
This show features Tall Stories' trademark blend of comedy, creativity and original songs, whilst exploring issues surrounding the future of technology and artificial intelligence in an entertaining and engaging way. Perfect family viewing.
