The world’s biggest LEGO exhibition is returning to London this July after its first successful appearance in 2015. Over a million LEGO bricks await old and young enthusiasts – but that’s not all: younger visitors will have the chance to get messy with LEGO Graffiti, which allows you to create your own wall art, while more experienced Lego artists can take part in the architecture workshops.
Still, the experience on offer we're most excited about is undoubtedly the brick pit – think ball pit, but this time with multicoloured Lego bricks. (We can only assume this is more fun than stepping on one embedded in the carpet.)
See master builders at work constructing cars, animals, and even celebrities with impressive accuracy – and judge the structures for yourself, with an amateur building competition for you to peruse.
BRICKLIVE will be distributing 100 keys made out of LEGO bricks all up and down Brick Lane – the snappiest Easter Egg hunt the city has ever seen. If you find one, trade it in for a ticket for you and a friend and experience the marvel of LEGO the best possible way – for free.
The simple appeal of the classic brick makes its way to ExCel Centre this summer – and promises to pile on the fun.
