On December 6th 2014, the legendary Lenny Kravitz comes to the SSE Arena, Wembley
For the past few years, Lenny Kravitz has been busy with his acting career, most famously appearing in The Hunger Games . But in September of this year, he’s making a strident return to music with the aptly titled Strut , the first album he’ll have put out since the acclaimed Black And White America (2011). So far, he’s shared three tracks from the release: the bluntly named ‘Sex’, a song as swaggering and sleazy as its name would suggest, ‘The Chamber’ whose undulating synths are straight out of the ‘80s, and the title track which builds around an infectious country-rock groove.
Lenny Kravitz grew up in a musical family; Miles Davis and Duke Ellington were regular visitors at his parents’ home. Even so, you couldn't have predicted the level of musical success which he’d go on to enjoy. His diverse blend of rock, soul and pop has proved an enduring crowd-pleaser,and to date, he’s sold a staggering 38 million albums worldwide.
Kravitz is a born performer and his show at the Wembley Arena is a chance to see this four-time Grammy Award-winner in his element.
