Founded in 2015, Bimber Distillery takes its name from the Polish word for Moonshine. Like Moonshine, all Bimber spirits are 'homemade', and all products are bottled and labelled on-site in West London. The distillery uses traditional distilling methods and local, 100% natural ingredients to create everything from fruit-infused Vodka to classic London Dry Gin.
