Chef Albert Adrià, one of the most influential chefs of gastronomy, comes to The Oscar Wilde Bar at Piccadilly's Café Royal hotel for a sold out 50 Day Residency – and he's just announced ten more days. Tickets will sell like hotcakes so we'd recommend booking quickly.
The residency will celebrate Albert's long 30 year career in his native Spain (including twenty-five years at the world-famous El Bulli) and takes place in the stunning rooms at the Hotel Café Royal, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. The journey begins with cocktails in the Oscar Wilde Bar, then progressing upstairs to the opulent surroundings of The Domino restaurant.
This is the first time Adrià, repeatedly referred to as one of the world's greatest chefs (indeed, even a culinary Salvador Dali) will have cooked anywhere other than his home country. A culinary journey and celebration of good food and drink, the Albert Adrià experience is worth booking, for a special evening with Michelin quality food. The tasting menu remains a mystery, but rest assured you're in safe hands.
