Lyle's restaurant Shoreditch, London, has been creating a buzz with its new Guest Series of monthly dinner residencies with some of the world's most talented chefs.
Showcasing the best in culinary talent, each event sees a different chef come to the British restaurant. Many of the guests are chefs who have been making a name for themselves on the international culinary scene.
The restaurant primarily celebrates British produce so the series will be a great opportunity for Lyle's to showcase a more eclectic, global menu.
The next chef to arrive is Leonardo Pereira, coming to Lyle's for two dinners on 21 and 22 March. Having worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, including Copenhagen's Noma, the Portuguese chef has a wealth of experience at his fingertips. He draws on memory and his cooking features bold, unconventional flavours, with experimental techniques and unconventional pairings.
Tickets have been selling out in double-quick time for the previous guest dinners, so keep your fingers on the pulse.
Tickets are £49 per person and will go on sale on Monday 7th March at 3pm.
