Michelin quality food
It's not often you're invited to sample and critique the creations of a top Michelin-trained chef. For Fridays and Saturdays in March, however, luxury gastronomy group Cuisson is offering you just that chance.
New London supper club
Paul Hannagen, Cuisson's founder, has just moved house, from Crouch End into the heart of Piccadilly, and he's brought his passion for dinner parties with him. If you were lucky enough to get a spot at one of his L'Atelier evenings in N8, you'll know what to expect – charming hosting, plenty of laughs and some of the best dining you can find for £35 – but if you didn't, well, here's your chance.
Experimental dining London
L'Atelier de Cuisson is, as the French suggests, Hannagen's workshop, and for the remarkably good price, the only 'catch' is that Paul and his staff will be expecting honest opinions, suggestions, and criticism where it's warranted. After six courses that would normally sell for up to £200, thorough feedback both written and verbal will be invited, and taken on board by a team clearly passionate about improving their already highly-polished craft.
L'Atelier de Cuisson menu
Their weekly menus are closely-guarded secrets until the night of the event, but previous Ateliers have featured smoked duck, roast pigeon with black pudding croustillant and perigord truffle, and sweets from passionfruit jelly with Sauternes granita to chocolate and peanut palette with salted caramel. On top of the price of your meal, hand-selected bottles to match each course will be on offer, for no more than a very reasonable £20 a time.
Paul will be hosting at his house in Soho every Friday and Saturday until the end of March.
