French and American cuisine collide at Le Bun’s ‘brunch experience’ residency at The Old Bengal Warehouse this October, with quintessential French flavours reinvented through diner dishes.
Every weekend this month, Le Bun’s latest lavish creations will be on offer, such as with Le Benedict (maple bacon, poached egg, hollandaise and asparagus salad), Le Eggs Royale Bun (smoked salmon, spinach, poached egg and citrus hollandaise) and a bun-free Truffles ‘n’ Waffles (confit Southern-fried chicken, shaved winter truffles, house waffles, truffle butter and rosemary maple syrup).
These will be served alongside Le Bun’s signature dishes, like the Le Bourguignon (slow-cooked beef short-rib with bourguignon glaze, bacon salt, truffle mayo and champagne slaw) and Le Duck Frites (pulled confit duck, straw frites, béarnaise spread, duck sauce, champagne slaw with brioche).
For the bespoke drinks menu, the resident sommelier at Old Bengal Warehouse has selected several French and American wines while the mixologist has whipped up five fusion cocktails, such as a Bloody Mary with a secret French twist.
