Christabel's Mad Hatters Brunch

Chef Christabel Beeson produces otherworldly foodie events in a network of unique spaces, exquisitely conceived and beautifully styled. She has previously provided specifically tailored services for companies such as Nike, Dove and Buzzfeed. Yet it’s Christabel’s food that shines brightest, having worked at both the River Café and at the Michelin starred restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark. Christable loves coming up with unique menus and new flavour combinations that people wouldn’t ordinarily try. 

With Christabel’s Mad Hatters Brunch, then, expect both a culinary adventure and charming attention to detail. Hosted in a private East London home with delightful views over Regents Canal, the Mad Hatters Brunch combines unusual flavours with an array of Alice in Wonderland-inspired decorations, including cute hand-written menus and quaint table adornments. The menu is filled with weird and wonderful creations as well as a few more familiar treats. Expect toast with marmalade and bacon, scones with cheddar cheese and unique gourmet chutneys, celery and peanut butter, as well as old-time favourites like pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, and gooey chocolate brownies. And to wash it all down, there’s a selection of Tea Pig Teas and coffees. There’s even a complimentary mad hatters cocktail to top it all off.
