Eggs are on The Faltering Fullback menu this summer as Yolk set up a residency at this beloved gastro pub, Finsbury Park
Over the summer months, self-proclaimed ‘egg geeks’ Yolk are taking up a weekend residency at Finsbury Park’s favourite pub, The Faltering Fullback. Originally set up as a street-food stall with a dream to spread the joy of eggs at markets and festivals, Yolk aims to establish definitive versions of western egg-based classic dishes; expect servings of brioche French toast with maple mascarpone and berry coulis, eggs served Benedict, Florentine or Royale, slow-scrambled duck eggs on toasted sourdough, tortilla espanola, an authentic Italian linguine carbonara without the cream, and their signature runny-yolked scotch egg. All eggs used are free range, organic and sourced from U.K. farms. This is one of the top summer brunch spots where you can easily while away a sunny day.
Open Saturdays and Sundays 12pm – 4pm until 3 August
