Duck and Waffle London's chef Dan Doherty will bring the Chateau Marmot Pop-Up Restaurant to a secret venue in London this July
Having roamed the globe as far as Melbourne, swanky nomadic restaurant Chateau Marmot returns to a secret venue in London this month with the second of their series of Supernature dinners, in which each event will showcase the tastes and textures of a different natural element.

This month’s theme is Flora and so will provide Duck & Waffle’s executive chef Dan Doherty with an opportunity to explore the versatility and possibilities of seasonal British herbs and flowers through eight courses, paired with carefully selected wines and spirits. While the ticket price (£95) may be eye watering, this event is held over one weekend with only two sittings per evening for just sixteen seats each. Rarely on the London dining scene is there such an intimate occasion to witness one of the brightest culinary stars elaborate on their menu.
Open 18-19 July, there will be two sittings at 6pm and 9pm each evening.
