Dine in the William Morris Gallery's gorgeous, glass-roofed orangery with Just Hospitality
Family-owned catering company Just Hospitality returns to the Tea Room of the William Morris Gallery with a revival of The Long Table series. Guests will first savour the thrill of being inside the museum after hours by being able to roam in the empty galleries before Chef Chris Pickett (whose career has ranged from Michelin-starred kitchens to gastropubs) delivers two courses of meticulously crafted treats.
Guests can expected dishes such as seared fillet of wild sea trout with a warm salad of asparagus, slow roasted tomatoes and watercress, dressed with a lemon and chervil sauce, followed by strawberry tartlet with chocolate crumble and chocolate mint. This can all be washed down with local craft beer as a different microbrewer is showcased at each event.
