Partnering with Simmons Bar in King's Cross, Dirty Apron creates another pop-up restaurant dedicated to healthy eating
Dirty Apron’s pop-up residency opens in King’s Cross this summer every Wednesday evening at Simmons Bar. Through a fusion of European and Asian influences, Dirty Apron aims to create healthy yet flavoursome meals through the use of locally grown, environmentally sustainable produce. Even their packaging is 100% biodegradable!
Mains, six pounds each, include: barbeque pulled pork buns with mango and lime sauce, picked gherkin and apple slaw; sticky lamb and harissa meatballs with pistachio mint yoghurt and coconut rice; as well as spiced sweet potato and apricot falafel. Sides include sweet potato wedges, crispy polenta fries, apple and pecan slaw, and rosemary and sea salt flat bread.
Dirty Apron not only appears at many of London’s food festivals and markets, but also regularly runs supper clubs, and also provides event catering.
