FEAST returns for four days this summer (this time in the recently renovated, Grade I listed Tobacco Dock) and so continues to assemble some of the capital’s top food vendors and restaurateurs at reasonable prices. Expect favourites such as Chop Shop, the Haymarket restaurant that serves London and New York-inspired simple dishes, as well as Horn OK Please, a Borough market regular that explores more off-beat Indian dishes. 80s themed chain The Breakfast Club will also be serving up a selection from their vast menu, while Anna Mae’s Southern Street Food and their big-pan mac and cheese will also feature.
It will come as no surprise if guests fail to find the time to pay attention to the surrounding live music, DJs and art installations. Several master-classes will be given over the festival, including one that compares wines and unisex scents. Led by fragrance expert and wine educator Clara, guests will sample a series of wines that are paired with boutique fragrances, and will discover the reason behind the success and failure of certain combinations.
